is to certify that I, W. Lowell Hayes will repurchase the automobile, serial number
______________, from (Customer Name) at any time during the
next 24 months on a prorated basis. This prorated repurchase price is
based on today's selling price of $________ and is assuming normal wear
and tear, fluid levels maintained and changed. If the car has
been wrecked or abused, the base price will be reduced accordingly.
This warranty does not mean, for example, that an alternator or a starter will be replaced for free, but does mean I will buy the entire car back at any time during the 24 months if you become dissatisfied. The buy back price will be 23/24 during the first month and 22/24 during the second month and so on. During the twelfth month it will be 12/24 of the purchase price. If you find any problem while you own the car I will be glad to try to help you get the repair done as cheaply as possible. Please call me for more information.
